🔧 Setup Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Salesforce
  2. Authorize via OAuth using your Salesforce admin login
  3. Choose which fields to sync and display (e.g., Account Name, Tier)
  4. Test data syncing with a sample ticket

🧯 Troubleshooting

  • No data showing? Make sure the Salesforce fields are mapped properly and visible to the API user
