Locked out? Don't worry—it happens to the best of us. Whether you’ve forgotten your password or just want to update it for security reasons, getting back into your account is a straightforward process.
If you can't remember your password, follow these steps to trigger a reset:
Go to the Login Page: Navigate to the sign-in screen of the application.
Select "Forgot Password?": This link is typically located just below the password entry field.
Enter Your Email: Provide the email address associated with your account.
Check Your Inbox: We will send a password reset link to that email.
Tip: If you don't see it within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folders.
Click the Link: Follow the instructions in the email to create a new, secure password.
If you know your current password but want to change it:
Log in and go to Account Settings.
Select the Security or Password tab.
Enter your Current Password first (to verify it's you).
Enter and confirm your New Password.
Click Save Changes.
If you aren't receiving the reset email or the link isn't working, try these quick fixes:
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| No email received | Ensure there are no typos in your email address and check your "All Mail" or "Spam" folders. |
| Link expired | Password reset links are usually valid for 24 hours. If yours expired, simply request a new one. |
| Account "Locked" | If you tried the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked for 30 minutes for security. |
To keep your account safe in the future, we recommend:
Using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your settings.
Avoiding passwords that include personal info like your birthday or pet's name.
Note: Our support team will never ask you for your password over email or phone. If someone asks for it, please report it to our security team immediately.
